She is really beginning to p-ss me right off. She constantly ignores Dr Charles' advice, all the while saying she really wants to be taught by him.

She always thinks she's right, and to hell with everyone else.

Halstead trying a little too hard.

Not gonna lie. Didn't really care for the series at the beginning. After all, it's just another ER. Nick Gehlfuss, nothing against the actor. But, seems like he tries a little too hard to get into character, and Its a little nauseating.
