- During the first chapter of the game, Rex is suddenly stabbed by Jin. We briefly see the scene from his perspective. There is no blood and the wound is not shown in detail.
- At one point, Zeke is wounded by Jin. We don't see anything in great detail, but we do see what appears to be a large bloodstain on his coat.

- There is 90 swearing words in the game.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- At the end of the Torna expansion, we see a large scale battle between Mythra and Malos. During this battle, they both fire blasts that cause massive, semi-nuclear explosions. This causes the continent to sink and leads to the death of multiple important characters.
