Historical revisionism

The writers and producers paint Cousteau and his companions as, at best, thick witted dunderheads. C is characterized as a lackey of Big Oil. Conshelf: "the project was funded by the oil industry. Back then, c was more interested in exploiting the ocean than protecting it." What smarmy, left-handed propaganda. The makers of this film wish only, like all Pygmys, to stand on the shoulders of giants and proclaim their superior vision. Oh, and they stumble all over themselves continually virtue signaling. Don't bother with this counterfeit homage.
