The clock tower, struck by lightning, is stopped at 10:04, the same as in Back to the Future.
During the movie the character of Nico Lasarte is seen skateboarding while listening to his walkman in an outfit that consist of a puffy vest and a pair of jeans. That combo is a clear reference to Michael J. Fox's character Marty McFly from Back to the Future (1985).
Very biefly, during a scene when Vera is telling a memory of hers, in the movie theater they are showing Cast Away (2000) and Contact (1997). Both films were directed by Robert Zemeckis, director of Back to the Future (1985)
The way Nico Lasarte explains the alternative timeline is very similar to the way Doc Emmett Brown explains it in Back to the Future.
Besides clock tower lightning struck and Nico outfit that makes clear reference to BTTF (Back to The Future) series, this movie also featured things from BTTF as main ingredients for time travel interaction recipe like video recorder, television, and timing accuracy to make it happen.
