The main characters suspect an affair going on with the female leads father.

Characters get beaten up, punch, and other physical acts. Lots of scuffles and fights between characters, most of them are just punches.

Usual swears for teens: Some uses of the f word, sh*t, d*ck, a couple uses of b*tch, mostly by main character. Main character usually swears the most.

Not a huge amount, but an amount for a regular teenager.

Some adults swear, but not many.

"Motherfucking" is said twice (non sexually)

Main character drinks and smokes.

One of the main characters is a drug dealer.

Couple characters are seen drinking or smoking, but not a huge focus.

One character is addicted to injecting heroin. The consequces and struggle of her addiction are described by her and other characters.

One of the main characters is stabbed, may shock players.

Main character experiences dreams of her dead father. Not frightening, but sad.

Someone pulls a gun on main character.

Should be suitable for teens of any age, that are mature and won't use the bad language, which is most of what gives it the Mature rating.
