- At the beginning of the film you see blood spurting out of a presumed stab wound on a mans leg.
- A group of tribal people are sitting on the ground performing a ritual to summon an entity
- Adults and children deceased in a cave with stab wounds on their bodies
- Two men are driving away from a cave and the passenger is holding a bloody knife
- A man breaks an ancient relic bar and a spider crawls out and bites his arm. He's later seen with a big venomous mark on his arm which eventually kills him
- A woman's young son revealed to have died in a car accident. Has a flashback to the accident whilst sitting in a car at traffic lights. Another flashback occurs while she is sitting in a diner, a young boy suddenly bangs on the window beside her causing her to scream and panic
- A pet grey tabby cat jumps on the floor to chase a mouse. A giant spider climbing down from the ceiling catches and (kills the cat off screen but heard meowing and growling)
- An ancient entity named 'Mother' shapeshifts as a spider. She is seen in human form raising a knife to kill a baby, reluctantly given as a sacrifice. Baby's mother is distraught and crying
- A young girl is walking down wooden steps but loses her footing and slips off, bumping her head mildly
- Sleeping faces of deceased babies are seen in a spider's web of Catacombs
- An ill relic collector as a young boy a fable about an ancient entity who Unleashed Fury upon her land and was only appeased by taking, unwilling, sacrifices of babies
- A relic collector is, unsuccessfully, crawling away from a giant spider that bites him. He is later seen lying on his back with his eyes eaten or gouged out
- A woman slaps her young son on his cheek after he angrily confronts her about his younger brother who passed away
- A young boy rescues his sister after she is caught in a giant spider's web. He uses scissors to cut the web away from her.
- A woman appears into a hole in the Attic where a giant spider jumps out and attacks her by biting her chest
- A woman protects her child from being attacked by a giant spider by holding it, breaking it's legs before slamming several times hard against the floor
- Not gorey but the bites (spider bites) in this movie are gross, bloody and slimy, just personally very gross but not super super graphic.

- If you have a severe phobia of spiders then this is not for you. A practical effects gigantic spider is seen throughout the film hiding behind and underneath various furniture.
- The giant spider creeps down a chimney, into a fireplace and then rushes at two young children
