Sex & Nudity

  • None, other than some very mild jokes.
  • Hazel says that she's pregnant.
  • At the beginning, Zussman makes a joke about how he slept with Aiello's mother, but can be easy to miss.

Violence & Gore

  • War related violence including guns and knives. Some blood is seen when someone is shot, but there is no bullet wound.
  • Game includes gore, when shooting with heavy guns
  • While there is dismemberment, it's mild, since we don't actually see the open wound. (this only applies to legs, and rarely arms.) There is dismemberment (aftermath) during some of the cutscenes in the campaign, though, which have more detail.
  • Players are able to blow people's heads off using shotguns, snipers and heavy machine guns.

Profanity

  • Campaign: Uses of Sh*t and other mild profanities. The only uses of the F word are used in the first chapter. There are hard to hear due to all the explosions and gunfire. The multiplayer has no profanity.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • The first mission of the campaign has you lighting a match to another soldier. The soldier says, "Hey Daniels, got a light?"
  • Daniels and Zussman are seen drinking wine in 'Operation Cobra'
  • Some characters are seen smoking cigarettes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • All Blood and Profanity can be disabled in the game settings. Without the profanity and blood, 13+ can handle this game. If you keep the game the way as intended, it's best left for the high schoolers.

Violence & Gore

  • The cutscenes have people fighting, whether it being a soldier chasing down another soldier, or a fight between two military officers.
  • In the epilogue, you'll enter a nazi concentration camp and see harrowing pictures of dead people, gallows and many other rather disturbing images. The whole scene is intense.
  • In the mission "Liberation", Heinrich mentions having killed Rosseau's (the player character in the mission) family, including her son, whom Heinrich drowned.
  • In the first mission there is lots of dismemberment including where a man is seen missing a arm in much detail

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Characters mention Champagne in 'Liberation' , since they are in france.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Turners death can be very sad and heartbreaking.
  • Zussman is stabbed and requires pressing a button fast to not be stabbed by a Natzi.
  • Lt. Turner is shot from behind and is seen making his final stand, then getting killed by Wehrmacht as Daniels is being dragged away from helping him.
  • Dismemberment throughout, but can be easy to miss in some scenes.
