- A man points to a prisoner and says he's a serial rapist.

- Breslin shoots a man with a gun and blood spatters on the wall behind him. He then grabs a metal rod and jams it through a man's head. Very graphic.
- DeRosa and another man get into a very brutal fight that ultimately ends when DeRosa smashes the man's head against a pipe.
- DeRosa moves down a hallway killing many attackers with a large gun, setting them on fire or blowing them backward. Several blood spatters are seen. One man's charred corpse is seen with a gaping, smoldering hole in his chest.
- Two men get into a brutal fight near the end, punching and kicking each other. One of them bloodies the other's face and mouth, and then breaks his arm and both of his legs, finally kicking his head and smashing against the floor (blood briefly spurts).
- A man fights and beats several men in a hangar in the beginning, but he's pistol-whipped, and several other people are shot at the same time (bloody hole seen on one man, and blood spatters seen on others).
- A man is punched in the stomach a few times and thrown into a prison cell.
- A man is based, and then shot offscreen and blood spatters on the ground, and more blood smears on the ground as his corpse is dragged away.
- A man attacks another man in a sewer and savagely stabs him with. knife many times, killing him (lots of blood seen), and the gory wound is briefly seen.
- A man brutally fights several people in an office, beating them. Several are hit in the stomach and face, a few are slammed into objects, and one is kicked through a glass pane. He then runs out, dispatching another man during the process.
- Two men run through a mine field as many explosions occur around them, and an explosion knocks them both down, throwing one into a tree.
- A man sweeps the legs of two men in a hallway.
- A man drops from the ceiling of a prison cell and lands on a man, punching him and knocking him to. He then moves outside and kicks another man, knocking him out as well.

- Very intense and violent scenes. The bloodiest and most violent of the series.
- The final fight is brutal and very intense.
- The premise is that Breslin and his team must break into a large and deadly prison in order to rescue the daughter of a business man, and her friend, who were both kidnapped.
- There are several intense scenes in which the two hostages are in peril.

Violence & Gore
- In a room, a man is shot and killed and blood spatters on a wall, and a woman's throat is slit. Pretty graphic.
- Two men engage in a shootout near the end, and one of them is grazed by a bullet and some blood is seen. He then attacks the other man and they engage in a brutal fight with one of them viscerally beating the other before slitting his throat with a knife and throwing him over a balcony. His bloody neck wound is seen and blood is seen on the ground when he lands.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Two main characters are killed in one scene; one is shot and the other's throat is slit. The throat-slitting is shown to a third main character via a video chat and he is is shown to be very upset. The whole scene may be disturbing/upsetting.
