It's not a bad movie at all. Not sure why it's rated low. It has got decent comedy.

I don't know why it's rating so low. It's not so bad one. You'll get a lot of comedy here. If you're comedy movie lover then don't ignore this. In this movie, comedy is far better than romance and action. This movie deserve more rating.
