Around 00:08:21, the bus is next to sidewalk and there is no car parked. Around 00:08:25, the bus is far from pavement and a car is parked here.
Response from another viewer: There is no continuity issue. The car that seems parked has actually stopped after the accident, in the previous seconds it can be see being driven behind the bus. Moreover, the car's tires show either inertia force when it stops and or the weight shift produced when a person exits a car.
