A really touching script. As often happens in such stories, from any series, the child actors grab the acting credits. This may have a great deal to do with the additional skill of the director, but we have enough evidence from Jodie Foster, Hayley Mills, and many others, that profound acting ability can exhibit itself at a very young age. The lighter side of this story comes through when Daniel Charles attempts to suborn Sarah Reese to spy on his daughter. Sarah is having none of it, and is wide awake to Charles senior's machinations. To me, Reese is one of the most attractive characters in Dick Wolf's universe, and I wish they had kept her on longer.
