Surviving Sunset an Actor's Hollywood Journey

While fortunate to have been a friend of Shaun's for a number of years, to see this documentary that he has created is incredible! Shining through is Shaun's grit and determination to show a real and honest account of Hollywood life, the highs and lows and the true emotion of his experiences is awe inspiring, in my humble opinion it is not an adventure I'd have the guts to take!

I'd also like to highlight Shaun's skills as a director, absolutely brilliant! He has an uncanny sense of knowing what works and what doesn't and that's a skill you can't buy! Very impressive and if I ever need a director for a film Shaun would be my first call.

Congratulations Shaun, you are an inspiration!

Fantastic inspirational Film that will drive your need the following the true path of an actor accomplishing his dreams to set foot and make name in Hollywood. A film full of truth and struggle and so much information that can help Guide anybody that's interested in following a similar path Hard truthful streets of Hollywood Film most definitely inspire you and teach you how hard it is under the palm trees of Hollywood a bit further from the curve than most Feel the pain and know the truth of how much it really takes to follow a dream of so much Strength and willpower Mr. Robinson definitely showed the truth.

As an actor starting out in their career, I found this documentary to be a very inspiring film. Well done Shaun on a brilliant piece! It is proof that trying to make it in Hollywood isn't always glamorous... I found this documentary an excellent look into Shaun's journey is both really taxing as well as rewarding.

The interviews with the celebrities Shaun met on his journey are brilliantly done and all and all, this documentary is a real eye opener into how hard he had to work to get himself from Australia to the bright lights of Hollywood. Bravo Shaun! Looking forward to what you have coming!

In this eye-opening documentary, Shaun Anthony Robinson puts himself out there when he takes the plunge and goes to Hollywood to further his career and finding out firsthand what the struggle is really like. As he says, he fails, but the failure is a temporary and necessary step in the path to success.

Will Shaun succeed? There is no arbitrary unit of measurement that defines success and the fact that Shaun already has credits to his name means he has already succeeded but based on his determination I have no doubt he will continue to succeed in achieving further goals.

This is a must-watch documentary that will give further insight into this man and what drives him.

I give Surviving Sunset 10 out of 10 and highly recommend, not only for actors contemplating the life-changing move that Shaun made, but this is also applicable, to a degree, to any actor, anywhere, wanting to make that next big step to further their career.
