Please save yourself the time. Horrible acting, writing, and overall production. It's a poorly made hour and a half Sunday School lesson.

I was an adjunct at Regent University, and if one of my students produced this and submitted it, would have been tossed in the trash.

The writing, acting, editing was horrible. The only thing I give a little bit of credit, is the lighting was okay, not great! They did keep the actors on proper camera axis.

My wife is a Emmy nominated costumer, and said the costumes are terrible. One thing she said was too many solids.

About the writing, we both said, kids don't talk like that.

Cute Kids Movie

Know your genre. This is a Children's movie, not an adult movie. That said, I found the movie pretty cute and it has great values that is family friendly and Christian friendly. That is refreshing since most movies devalue both.

There actually two stories going on in the movie. One from "Today" with a group of troubled boys on a camping trip and a "Past" story. They both blend together to form a great story showing how having a relationship with Jesus is the greatest treasure anyone can have.

Shows great brotherhood, embarks on Christianity, and many life lessons, with a cute story line! Love this movie!

Of course there is no Hollywood talent or star power involved in this little movie. The players sometimes seem like they are just reciting their words, but that is what makes this more enjoyable. Sure there is a Christian and moral theme to this as well. This is a wholesome family movie that is great for young children and adults alike. The world needs more cinema like this. If more talent came to the plate for movies with value like this, maybe we could drain Hollywood of the filth, anger, hate, and all the rest of the evil mess that it brainwashed the masses with.
