In the Lethal Weapon movies, Joe Pesci played Leo and he was fabulous! People have been doing impressions of his character for years.

Unlike Joe Pesci, this TV character is just annoying! Maybe I missed something, but I have not even smiled, and certainly not laughed, at anything this character has done since joining the show.
Throw this guy out, and give Jordana Brewster more screen time.
