Better call the NEWS NEWS!!!

I have seen a LOT...I mean a LOT of bad movies, but HOLY CRAP...this HAS to rank near the top of one of the worst movies of ALL TIME! I'm guessing that there wasn't even a script because the dialogue seems SO improvised and incoherent for 90% of this train wreck that nobody could have even written it that poorly! If you can watch this movie for FREE...do it! It might help to be a little buzzed up while you watch this mess of a movie. There is NO WAY that anyone should PAY to see this. So...if you can view it at no cost to you or others,I GUARANTEE that you will be laughing so hard that you may (unfortunately) have to watch it twice to see what you missed the first time around while you were wiping the tears from your eyes.

Warning: Spoilers
SPOILERS

Turf War aka Lady Rider is a cop drama about biker gangs...No it isn't. Its about bikers versus drug dealers...no it isn't. Its about cop investigating corrupt cops...no it isn't. Its about female motorcycle rider murdering criminals...no it isn't. It has pieces of all of these things, but do to many constraints its all over the place.

First of all, this does NOT star Fat Joe. It looks like they had him for a day (5 minutes in the movie), and use a look-a-like /stand in until they write his character out. Not that Fat Joe is a serious draw, but calling him the "star" is a metaphor for the fraud that is this movie. When you're young to film-making, director imitate scenes or shots...they whole movie is an imitation.

Actors seem to improv their lines, which fails terribly here as actors sound flat or robotic. The director, Alex Maisonette, also cast himself as the lead .Its like some sort of vanity fantasy as he is also not a good actor (having your actors improv shows you aren't good at directing either). For some reason, Alex's character needs to remind us several times he was shot 15 years ago. Its like the script didn't know what he should say or so little was written down. Even other characters remind him he was shot 15 years ago. I guess I'm missing the point, how many years ago was he shot?

The movie also has little annoyances. The CGI blood is so obviously pixelated, and the gun sound effects are either stock or cartoony. The muzzle flashes look like they were used from a PlayStation One era video game. One of the bikers has 80% of dialogue be the F-word, but without the charm its just repetitive. The TV Reporter is part of a show called "News News Today." Its either a mistake meant to be New News or is a reminder that the movie itself is repetitive. How many years ago was the main character shot?

The final insult is that its "to be continued" (like a TV serial) in the sequel, "Checkmate."

Nothing is sacred in this film, it makes a spectacle out of not only very serious matters to the point of being sickly comedic but also shows a lack of convincingness when it comes to the different industries that are included in the film. The acting is amateurish and even the synopsis of the film is extremely misleading.
