Both the mother and the son are SO irritating. After she couldnt safely figure out how to open a file in a timely fashion he shouldve had her bring the computer to a competent person or he couldve sent a friend over to her house to deal with it. Her idiotic actions are deserved by this guy for even trying to do this task with her as she was clearly doing all of this deliberately. Was this a comedy skit? If so it wasn't too funny because both characters had grating personalities. And so it really dragged the anthology down. Hopefully the rest of the series is much better because it has potential.

The mom is so unrealistically annoying and over the top that I turned it off after 8 minutes. Make sure you have a shot of whiskey before watching this!

The thing that bugs me about this episode is you couldn't just email an entire book over the internet email in 1997. The file would have been too big! It was very frustrating back then. Just the amount of text in one email would have been cut off!!! Maybe you should have set it in 2006 Idk
