German student decides to make a film on 'working conditions in late capitalism' to impress a girl, and sets to work picking apples

This is a very slight film, not funny enough or deep enough to really fully engage, but it is strangely likeable all the same. It may appeal most to fans of the films of Aki Kaurismäki or Jim Jarmusch, as it has a similar tone.
