- At the beginning of the film, there is a woman who walks into the bathroom, the camera is focused on her legs and feet as she undresses and takes off her heels. Then the camera answers out slowly and upwards revealing her full frontal nudity before joining a man in the bath. Scene consists of about 15 seconds worth of breasts and pubic region footage before cutting to a new scene.
- Very brief opening scene as a woman undresses to enter a spa where she's fully naked, no genitalia
- There is a moderately graphic sex scene for about 30 seconds where male and female full frontal nudity is seen.

- Numerous people are shot by a sniper with a long range rifle. Blood spatter is often shown briefly. Compared to the other movies in this franchise, the graphic imagery is much more gruesome. When shot, some people's heads are blown in half, revealing gorey brain matter.
- A group of people attack a woman. Many of those people are then shot by a different person.
- A building explodes and a bunch of men are thrown back from the explosion. It is implied many are killed from the blast, and some are injured, though minimal blood or wounds are shown.

- A scene with El Diablo and his girlfriend, who's breasts and buttocks are in full view, contains lengthy thrusting and some BDSM. The scene lasts for about a minute before cutting to a new one.
Violence & Gore
- A priest is hung by the neck. He struggles momentarily before a sniper shoots the rope, saving him. The priest is then shot off screen, and we later see him in a coffin.
