- There are two separate scenes with a large, scary snake. One where he tries to eat Vivo and another where he tries to eat a group of small girls. It is intense and could be very scary for small children.
- The night before heading to Miami, Andrés falls asleep in his chair. In the morning, Vivo talks to Andrés, but realizes he's not moving. Vivo walks over and puts his paw on Andrés's lifeless hand. Andrés dying may be frightening to some children.
