From approximately 30:55 to 32:52 Alexander Pechersky is chopping a tree in a swamp. The tree eventually falls. At 44:13 he chopping the same tree which is back in its standing position.
Shlomo and Selma are shown as arriving on the same train , at the sale time, and from the same place. In fact, Shlomo Szmajner arrived from Opole, Poland in the spring of 1942 whereas Selma Wijnberg-Engel arrived from Zwolle, the Netherlands a year later, in the spring of 1943.
