Aziz Ansari reached a new summit in the quality of his writing and directing with this episode. It is one of the most touching, can't-stop-smiling episodes I've watched. I bet this is how people felt when they watched Sleepless in Seattle or Love, Actually in the theater when it came out. This episode and the next one (2.10) alone made of Master of None one of my top 3 all-time favorites on Netflix, ever. This has, somehow, to be rewarded by the community with an Emmy, Golden Globe, whatever.
I think every reviewer on IMDb started their first review after watching something that blew their mind in a way that they feel an urge to write about it. As my first review, I think I find mine. Season two of master of none is superb and each episode is a joy to watch. The whole season is a triumph in acting, writing, cinematography and of course, comedy. But the pre-finale episode is just something that cannot be put into words. "curry people" will make you laugh, storm king scenery will blew you away, pulp fiction themed scene will make you wanna dance, and the chemistry between the characters will make you love them even more. It's really hard to stand-out among ten perfectly made episodes. You owe this show to yourself!
