- In the opening, two people's heads explode - for the first one, the camera cuts away and a lot of blood is shown spraying everywhere; for the second, his eyeballs are seen bulging before the head explodes. Another man is also shot in the head but this is fully not shown.
- A man is hit with a car and then backed over repeatedly, although this isn't shown you see his dying body with several innards and intestines wrapped in the tires. He is then stomped to death off-screen although a lot of blood is shown splattering onto the camera lens, this is pretty lengthy.
- A jogger is shot to death, this is shown from the jogger's perspective so nothing gory is shown but blood sprays onto the camera lens after the gunshot.
- Person beaten to death with metal rod. Every strike is off-camera but there is a lot of blood spraying after every hit and this is a very lengthy scene.
- A pillow is placed over a person's head and they are then shot in the face, no blood is shown.
- An elderly woman is shot in the head, this is out of focus and not graphic. Blood is shown splattering onto a television screen afterwards.
- A woman is shot in the head with a shotgun, her forehead bursts into blood which sprays everywhere and covers the walls and ceiling. Her dead body is seen with lots of blood leaking from the wound which is shown in graphic detail.
