- A man (presumably a pedophile) violently rips a young boys shirt to expose bare skin.

- A young boy sets up multiple sadistic traps to stop the antagonist.
- A boy fills glass jars with gasoline, using them later in the movie as petrol bombs.
- A young boy sets up a tripwire on stairs with some baseballs, and some tripwire at the base of the levels for the antagonist. A man gets tangled up in the wire after falling down the stairs, cutting into his skin.
- A child stabs a man in the hand; the same man who later pulls it out of his limb quite violently.
- The antagonist beats a female police officer to death, finishing her of with a killing blow to the skull.
- The antagonist smacks the boy around, punching and throwing him about a room near the end.

- The antagonist slips some sort of medication into a drink he intends to give a child. Presumably to knock him out so he can rape him, but the child switches glasses, resulting in the man drink it, then later vomiting to clear it from his system.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- It is implied a man maybe a pedophile.
- In a barn on the property, a woman is found in an underground room being held captive. The intention is vague, but it appears to be a secret room that plausible rapes could have happened. A woman is found locked in a cage, who ends up being a woman the grandfather had an affair with.
- A dead dog is seen a few times throughout the movie. For most of the movie it is laying under a tarp, as the ground it frozen. It is mentioned later that the antagonist killed the dog due to jealousy. The same dog is tossed into the grandfathers house as a way to frighten the young boy.
- The antagonist slip some sort of medication into a drink he intends to give a child. Presumably to knock him him out so he can rape him, but the child switches glasses.
- Most of the movie is intense, revolving around a young boy trying to protect himself from a determined psychopath.
- A mans face is severely disfigured after he is set alight using gasoline.
