Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A giant cat attacks the bears and start swallowing them. One of the bears lights up a bomb and, when he is eaten, the bomb explodes opening a hole in the body of the cat (bloodless, non-graphic), freeing those who had been eaten.
  • A huge sea serpent attacks a sea town and the boats trying to fight it. The beast is eventually stabbed with a spear (green blood is shown) and dies.
  • The bears visit a haunted castle and meet ghosts, which are depicted as friendly and harmless and include the ghost of an old bear who died in a previous scene after being shot.
  • One of the main characters dies at the end. The moment is sad but peaceful and dignified; the character's spirit flies out of the window with the spirit of an old friend who has come to greet him.
  • A villain shoots a Young bear who appears to die in the arms of his father but is then cured (no blood shown). The villain is promptly shot down by other characters.
