fun until logic ignored for action

Warning: Spoilers
This episode has the most ridiculous non-believable stuff

I get that the series is fun-with-a-dash of science.

But this was ridiculous.

Two people holding on to a buoy (that can withstand hurricanes - that's why they are there) might be tipped over by sharks (silly) - tipped over? (silly). As I said in my main review - this series is great fun but the lack of logic is increasing.

If about the drama/conflict side of things this would get an 8 They needn't have sacrificed drama for accuracy. But they decided to ignore reality for drama. Sad.

At the end I was disappointed with the team accepting no reward compounding then agreeing they were in fact being mutanious in going after the other boat. The highest priority on the high sea is giving aid to any vessel in need. She was in default of contract for not rendering aid and should have been brought up on charges. Even if the collective were ignorant if it Cabe, being a Marine, would have known.

Vulnerable Walter is very cute and endearing. He was really hurting when he thought Paige had cut him loose. I love the way they make up at the end. The closing shot of Walter glancing at Paige is great.

Yay, Party has arrived!

Walter assuming Cabe's discovery of the wreckage and Happy expecting Walter to be making a raft are great manifestations of their group thinking. Great minds think alike. They always do it in this series when communication is unavailable. I love it.

The moving shots of Paige and Walter in the water made me feel like I was also with them. Awesome way to shoot it. I know they always survive in the end of an episode but sometimes it gets scary or highly unlikely and makes me think, HOW WILL THEY GET OUT OF THIS? Not this ep though. Waige moments especially the bickering are funny! Plus Toby and the Pirate thing lmaoo

Damn I typed these initial thoughts while still watching it and now I just finished watching the scene with Walter and Paige discovering the buoy.

And boy was Walter right! Like what I said on my previous reaction, it was Paige's job to handle them regarding the dealing with people issues. When Walter said he should dock her pay, my thoughts exactly! (Great minds think alike? Hahaha dream on Kimmy)

So it started out funny then emotional with Walter expressing how he felt about Paige distancing herself from him. He's a troubled egotistical genius, but he's really really a real softie, too. I can't help but swoon.

So in character of Sly not to use the situation to his advantage in the election. Another softie here.

Cabe and Toby team-up are great. Definitely need more of that.

And thank you for the QUINTIS scene!!!

It was heartmelting, as well as the WAIGE scene. While I love the episode endings when everything is resolved or realized, I always hate it when Walter is left alone in the garage so this was a really wonderful episode for me.
