  • A man, tied up and bloody, is stabbed repeatedly in the neck. Blood pours out. Dead bodies seen in a flashback, some blood seen. Several characters are slapped.
  • During a flashback of Capone's glory days, at a party, gunfire is heard, as a woman gets shot in the head (blood and matter splatter over his face). As he walks out, numerous bodies are shown on the floor (with bloody injuries and puddles), and as he crawls through the pile of bodies, a car heads straight for him (the scene ends).

  • Capone smokes a cigar in almost every scene, for the first half of the movie. Due to his condition, he ceases smoking and places a carrot instead.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A few horror-esque sequences show up, including one where a man cuts his eyes out (off frame) and places the eyes on someone's stomach as they lay in bed. We see the open wounds as they bleed for maybe 10-15 seconds, and the cut eye balls for a tad shorter
  • A massacre occurs off screen and a man wanders through the bloody corpses.
  • A man wakes up at night to find a young boy watching him in the dark. Eventually the boy rises and lifts his shirt, revealing bullet wounds all over his torso.
