In this episode, Reeves is formally introduced to Torres and Quinn by McGee, and said to join the International team. Yet in the previous episode, "Enemy Combatant", Reeves works with the others as if he has done so for some time.
Ducky calls the postmortem exam of the rat an "autopsy". Autopsy only applies to postmortem examinations where the examiner and the examined are members of the same species.
Ducky himself has made this distinction in other episodes, so it may be considered a charterer error as well.
The NCIS crew responds to a distant hotel regarding a dead body. Upon arrival, the body is floating face down in the pool. The agents are told the body has been identified. What actually happens in a situation like that is the fire department and EMS responds and removes the body from the pool to determine if resuscitation is possible, and if not to pronounce death. Fire and EMS would arrive long before NCIS. They would not place the body back in the pool. Additionally, there would be no way to confirm the identity of a body that was face down.
At the episode's beginning, Bishop mentions she has heard of Rep Flemming, because of among other things, her filibuster relating to a veterans healthcare bill.
Flemming is a member of the House of Representatives. Filibuster does not exist in the House, only the Senate.

Reeves gives Bishop a whole case of ketchup and prawn chips, which indicate they are not sold in the US. Yet the box is labeled "chips", not "crisps", which Reeves made a point of just earlier was the British word for chips. Prawn is also the British word for what Americans call shrimp.
The prop was badly made, as the actual flavour would be prawn cocktail, not Ketchup and Prawn. Also prawns and shrimps are different in the UK, however the US calls them both shrimp.
The NCIS officers involved in a crime scene would not remove a body from a pool without the M.E. approval. Nor would they collect evidence. This would be done by local cops and their CSI division.
When Torres firsts notices Reeves in the NCIS office, he comments that he looks taller in person, saying he looks small on the MTAC screen. Yet Torres should already know how tall he is since he interacted with him several times (including rescuing him when he was held at gunpoint) in the previous episode.
When Torres and Reeves are taking the Congreswoman back to her apartment, they pull up and Reeves says his luggage has been 're-routed' through Amsterdam. He pronounces 'route' as 'out' but in the UK it would be pronounced as 'oot'.
In the UK the "ketchup-shrimp" crisps are always known as prawn cocktail flavour. They do have a very distinct smell.
In her presentation to the team, Bishop says that Flemming is the representative from Maryland's ninth district. This was surely done so that the character would not be identified with any actual Congressman, as Maryland has only eight US House districts.
