"Hungry Larry" is actually a Halloween episode and we haven't had one of those yet. So this episode features Mr. Diaz being dissatisfied with not being able to scare kids on Halloween. Star summons a creature known as Hungry Larry to help out. He appears to just be a standard bedsheet ghost but is actually genuinely scary. This episode really was sincerely scary to me. I mean, just seeing all those people in his body was frightening! Mr. Diaz doesn't get much character development, so it's great to actually see him show off his strength and save the day here! ***1/2
"Spider With A Top Hat" is a really weird episode because it doesn't even have Star appear until near the end. We see all these weird creatures living in some place. There's a spider with a top hat that's an entertainer. It's eventually revealed that this is where all the creatures she uses in her spells come from! Well, I wasn't expecting to find out about that! We get to see all the creatures that appear at the end of the show's credits too. ***1/2
