The only reason I can think of for those ridiculous glowing reviews is someone promised them something good, because this show is atrocious! I guess they were aiming for Sex In The City for young millennials, but this doesn't even raise to the level of that garbage show. There is nothing feminist about three gorgeous and perfect young woman who want to succeed in fashion, that is just playing into a stereotype that we only care about fashion and looks. And where is the challenge? They have a caring, nurturing boss (which rarely exists in real life) and they easily succeed with few obstacles in life- everyone is cheering these pretty girls on. Stupid, vapid and shallow. Skip it.

Watched one episode and it was enough for me. These characters are written poorly, as for the writer the only important thing was to turn them into these liberal, diverse, strong women who live "boldly". There is nothing bold about them.
They manage to fail into every stereotype that creates the misconception of what being liberal is, borderline ridiculing it. They are assumed to care about important issues, while every topic dragged on is by now a cliche seen in a Buzzfeed video- oh sorry boldly.
It hides between trying to create a sort of image what it is to be a woman in "big world" from a columnist perspective, but it is really a low budget Sex and the city with no charm or logic adapted to 2010's trends.

A show that wants to be SATC and Devil wears Prada with completely un likeable characters and pretending to be feminist with completely unrealistic stories.
It is a shame that women get this kind of role models, women that only care about having it all easy without any effort and just worried about fashion. I really wish that the next generation of girls have better ideals than being these Gen Z nightmare!

The whole show is all about trying to sway everyone towards the liberal agenda. If any of the characters have a veiw that doesn't follow the liberal agenda, by the end of the episode without any good persuasion, they change their minds and follow the crowd. The characters all have to agree on everything or there is drama until the person whose view isn't liberal follows the crowd. The point of the writers and producers is total mind control so people will turn towards the liberal agenda instead of having a mind of your own.
Well..
I kept asking my self what these actresses thinking going for this but name of Netflix or TV? these manuscripts r so weak! story line is weak.. i understand some series r brainless and they r for entertainment but this is barely anything! while intent is to show case mellinnial life style and what they stand for but for heavy subjects they used very weak scripts, weak story and actors who " Working to make in LA celeb culture" and with that they made fool of mellinial! good series for having noise in the background in the kitchen tho

I have never watched a TV series that is trying to push their political agenda as hard as this show.
At first you think it's just a show to play as a background, but you cant ignore how obvious the agenda is. It's like watching MSNBC.

Awful, formulaic and poorly acted. You will feel dumber and less insightful after watching this nonsense. Save your valuable time and energy! I'm sure that the positive reviews have been bought or were written by the filmmaker.

What the h*ll!??
Just saw the 1st ep. and I guess it goes on like this... Supposed to be feministic but only if you look thin enough, wear makeup and high heels... Patethic.
I hope no young person watches this and mistakes it for being feministic...
Also, the loud and cocky black girl?Stereotype much? I almost puked...

This program is one long series of boring explorations of intersectional identity politics. The charters are trite bland and one dimensional. A perfect representation of today's leftists.

Terrible characters that only repeat they're millennials and wannabe influencers. I'm torn if it's bad writing or bad performance. The series aim to discuss important topics but instead are so plain and superficial that one would wonder if that was in the script just to make the three ladies more likeable even though they vary from complete to semi moron (there is one less idiotic than the other two yet again unrealistic and not believable).

I guess "progressive" now means "on message".
I've had to suffer this shallow smugfest because my partner stumbled across it.
The usual Netflix agendas are pushed and preached, and every box is ticked. Ablely helped along by the usual abundent array of shallow, vain and self indulgent characters.
Still I'm sure it knows it's target audience.
Could barely get through the first episode. That was really enough for me. I felt myself cringing throughout it all. This truly felt like a try hard show with all it's stereotype characters, friendships and relationships and regurgitation of scenes taken from other iconic shows that this tv series is trying to fall within the same realm.. which is crazy that this is the same writer of 'younger' which was a great and entertaining series that really became it's own. In summary, this show is just.. cringe.

Constant politically correct nonsense. The story and acting is unbelievably terrible. Not sure how this show has any good reviews. Pretty sure this show was made to brainwash young viewers.

Every episode literally revolves around political issues which would be great...if different POVs were used. Every time, the most liberal views and stances are taken and prevail. Sutton even gave up her gun of 10 years and had it turned into earrings....what??? If you're a moderate or right winged at all, you will hate this show.

These types of shows are the problem! No respect to both sides of the spectrum. Waste of time.
Every episode seems to be pushing some kind of agenda. It's so obvious, it's boring. Brainwashing is bad, kids! Hard pass.
It´s a political series created by leftist radicals under the pretext of equality and feminism. Every single episode has a politicaly motivated reference, the leftist agenda always prevails and has there´s no argument

What a bunch of nonsense and artificial life...all those self-indulgent "issues" and woke propaganda combined with a modern Barbi land that goes against reality and all the "power" talk without a single understanding of womanhood.

Even if I was a complete liberal, this show is so trashy. How did it get 5 seasons? The acting is bad but the writing is worse. I do not understand the high ratings at all??? Bunch a loons in this country.
