Sex & Nudity

  • Landry says a few sexual things to a woman about her body.
  • A girl tells a boy that her father will nail his "crickets" (genitals) to a tree after he suggests a few names for their children. He laughs and asks, "You call them crickets?"

Violence & Gore

  • The violence is intense and bloody, but is quick cut, and the camera doesn't linger on the gore.
  • Early into the episode the Muslims lay siege to Acre. There is plenty of sword fighting which includes slashing and stabbing.
  • Templar cavalry charges through the Muslim ranks.
  • A Templar Knight slashes a Muslim's throat. Blood sprays.
  • Landry stabs a Muslim. We see Landry's sword pierce through the Muslim's back.
  • Godfrey is chased by highwaymen, and his horse is shot down.
  • Godfrey sword fights several men, killing most of them.
  • A man has a sword thrust through the back of his head, and out his mouth. The actual thrust is off screen, but we see him afterwards from the front with the blade protruding from his mouth.
  • A man hugs another man, then stabs him in the back numerous times with a knife.
  • An army of Templars crashes into a line of pikemen, and a brief but violent battle ensues. A girl tries to help the Templars and gets knocked around. The battle only lasts about a minute.
  • The Templars are seen with blood on their faces and clothing.
  • After the battle a close up of a leaf shows blood dripping off of it.

  • The battle scenes are fairly intense, but they do not last long.

  • Landry enters the queen's chamber and says he's a soldier in need of love. He takes his shirt off, and they hug and kiss each other. Later they are seen in bed together, (presumably naked) but all private parts are covered.
