When Holden is questioning the wounded Umea she spits up some blood on her chin only to have it disappear in the next cut.
Gravity is too high in all the scenes on Ganymede. The Jupiter moon's surface gravity is only one seventh that of Earth, less than on Earth's own moon, and unlike the Asteroid stations of the Expanse universe, the Ganymede agricultural domes do not have rotational gravity.
At approx. 12:35, when Alex oversees traffic around Ganymede on a display, the information shown comes from actual ATC (air traffic control) data. Ganymede is marked with Guam International Airport (ICAO code PGUM), north-east from it there is Anderson AFB (PGUA), and the "space ships" are commercial air crafts with their call signs and flight levels, e.g. BAW10H for British Airways or KLM46F etc.
At roughly 14:50, when Alex orders the ship to "show me the whole system," the holographic display is of the whole *Jovian* system. In every other episode in the show, "the system" refers to the entire *solar* system. This could be explained away via the "expert system" ship AI being context-aware, but is more likely a minor script error.
About 12 minutes in when Alex is looking at a display of the locations of the Martian fleet around Ganymede, the background map on the console is clearly of the middle part of the UK, from West Wales to East Anglia.
