- In the first ten minutes of the film, a man walks into a hotel room and instructs two women in a bed to leave. Their breasts are briefly shown as they walk out. Scene lasts about five seconds.
- During a fight scene, an old 70 yr old man asks a young 40 yr old woman if she's going to "kill him or f-k him". They are next shown in bed, presumably after having sex. She gets up to put her clothes on, but no nudity is shown.
- Main character is dressed in revealing clothes throughout the entire movie: skin tight clothing, dresses with slits exposing top of breast, spaghetti strap tank tops, lots of cleavage throughout.

- In the beginning of the movie Anna kills a gang of three people (very violent there is a blood splatter) she stabs the man who got out of a pool in the neck and in his death he falls into the pool (the pool is tinted red) and kills the other people by breaking and twisting there bones she breaks a mans leg and twist a mans head.
- Micheal Keatens character fights a group of guys in a kitchen it has violence he stabs one woman in the stomach
- Anna fights a group of people who tortured her in a room with a bed she chokes a man with a cloth , she breaks a fossil to drop it on a guy and kicked a man this is really savage
- Anna and Michael keatens character both fight using guns there's no violence but there's shooting she shoots a door and shoots a freezer door
- Anna grabs a wire in a place where there's water and people she throws it in the water and the men are electrocuted there skeletons are not visible but they do die
- The main character is an assassin so she kills a lot of people in the film in a very brutal way
- Anna tends to her winds she starts to scream in agony we can see her blood
- Anna moves a thing to reveal a dead man that died from getting burned we don't get to see his body in good detail
- Anna is seen tortured by a lot of men they beat her up and she decides to get revenge
- At the end of the movie Anna and Michael keatens character both shoot each other (it is offscreen) and Anna is seen alive
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- It is implied that the young version of Anna killed a kid, their mother and men that kidnapped her it is quite shocking and savage because she was a kid when she did this
