To keep her away from him, the man ties her hands to the bedpost. Later, while he's sleeping, he rolls over and hugs her from behind. While this is an "innocent" scene, it's still odd and may make viewers uncomfortable.

- There are references to a violent car wreck that killed Rei's mother, father, and sister.
