Fun, Light Otome-Style Romance
nishera26 February 2021
Having started with no expectations for this film, I would still rate it 8.5 stars (rounded up to 9). If you are looking for something fresh, deep, or with a unique plot, then this show probably WON'T do it for you. But if you're like me (a romance junkie who loves K-Drama but sometimes wishes they had a bit more bite), you may find it surprisingly satisfying.

The plot is basically a harem-style, otome (dating) game in movie format - certainly nothing new. However, the main cast had outstanding chemistry with one another, and despite the overall cliche setup, the attraction scenes felt tangible with plenty of tension (both sexual and otherwise). Additionally, none of the characters were shy in expressing themselves (a nice change from the usual subtle restraint of K-Drama love stories), and the competition among the male leads added some truly funny moments as well!

It did take me a few episodes to figure out what the "star rating" scenes were about, but it wasn't too distracting since that wasn't the main focus of the story (initially). And wow, i lost count of how many A-list actors made cameo appearances!

In short, if you are all about K-romance, then I suggest giving this one a try. At the very least it is a quick, easy watch, which means you won't waste a lot of time figuring out if you like it or not.

ROMANCE RATING: * * * 9/10. Despite there only being 1.5 kiss scenes, I still found my heart pounding frequently during this film. Also, since the episodes are 30%-60% shorter than most current K-Dramas and the story is lighter, the lack of physical contact didn't seem disproportional. Recommended!

Sweet, Cute and fluffy love story. Go to show when you feel low.

The most loving and satisfying thing is the main couple's love storytelling is so smooth, subtle and realistic. I love that how close they came to the realistic couple.

All their bickering, cursing, caring and sunbae hunbae relationahip was so good and seemed exactly like real office romance.

There were no cringeness, no obsession in their love.

Plot :- It depicted here how love is percieved differently in the course of changeable time. How person's feelings develop over the time. No one can be the same. No one can wait for the same person forever. And it is good to move on for your own good.

" His love does not change, but I definitely did. "

I touched by this cute romantic story with the strong message on your love life.

PS:- The love pentagonal is not to miss. Haha.

Good enough

Warning: Spoilers
Stary night is a so - so drama (I actually think that so - so is the only appropriate phrase for this drama). The good thing about it is that it's quick and easy to watch. It actually reminded me of Bridgit Jones (a milder and less funny version of it). The story focuses on a young woman who works at an advertisement company and is concurred by four men at work, each one different and with different connection with her. Some of the love stories were interesting and there was chemistry between the two lovers. However the office drama was not that good and actually confused a little. To be honest, I couldn't figure out what was happening till the third episode. But it's a fast paced drama with only 20 minutes episodes. The performances were okay; the leading lady wasn't that good, but the guys were good enough. So 4 out of 10.
