    Excellent & Funny show!!!

I saw the stage play Kim's convenience Store and loved it. This Show continues in the same vein with humorous nods to uniquely Canadian cultural integration and other current social topics. Light, witty yet sensitive to the issues that come up that are sometimes food for thought.

Charming, interesting and engaging characters are excellently portrayed by the well chosen cast. The variety of ages represented is sure to capture a wide audience as there is something for all generations to appeal to.

This is set and filmed in Toronto which makes me happy to see Canadian content that is truly entertaining. The clever "play" on stereotypes is a more cerebral type of humour that most Canadians will get!

This is my favourite comedy at this time. I have seen 4 episodes and can't wait to watch the rest of the season.

    This is a winner!

    Love the show! But...

I love the show😁 But, as Korean, I want people to know that Nayoung in 's01e04 Frank&Nayoung' is typical description of Japanese😅 Headpieces, cat coinbank(Korean is written on that but yet...), make-ups especially eye make-up, and snaggletooth which is key point of cuteness for Japanese... She wasn't description of Korean.

    Go Raps

Solid episode, a few good laughs and relatable moments. I am kind of starting to feel bad for Shannon, she's giving it her all.

Umma: Your cousin Nayoung, she very nice, but she not wear enough clothes. She, you know... Korean-style girl.

Janet: What does that mean? There's a lot of Korean girls, and a lot of Korean girl styles.

Umma: She dress too much like, uh, what's the word... slut!

Janet: Did you just call Nayoung a slut?

Umma: [emphatically] No, I say she dress like slut.

      Janet: She's super sweet.

Umma: Yeah, very nice, still dress like...

Janet: Umma, do you listen to yourself?

Umma: I see her on Facebook. She wear very short skirt, and high heel shoes. Make short skirt look even more short.

Janet: Umma, you're judging her based on her clothes.

Umma: Yeah! How else I judge?

Janet: [exasperated] Oh, my... Just because a woman dresses like that doesn't mean she's a slut. Umma, Nayoung should be able to dress however she chooses, and not be judged.

Umma: All I saying if she dressing like that, she going to get pregnancy.

Janet: Short skirts don't make you pregnant.

      Umma: Yeah, but they help.
