Very dark, haunting and tense opening. The whole episode takes place through one night, which I loved, and continuous the events that ended season two. Cold, black, rainy atmosphere, very nicely shot.
Literally every character is a mess at this point of the story and hasn't have a slightly idea what to do next. We can feel their loneliness, fear and confusion. Incredible emotional episode.
And what surprised me the most is that the action is well paced. The two previous seasons started slowly and the tension rose at the final episodes. Not the case with this opening, we are thrown at the center core of the action. Creators stopped messing around, it's full steam ahead now. Hopefully they can keep up the pace in the next few hours and we will experience a very entertaining season with satisfying finale.
