In converting "Secrets of Gray House" from a two-hour special to two one-hour presentations (to fit in with the regular series' repeat broadcasts), the name of actor Jefferson Brown (14th in the cast list as "Ben") was taken for inclusion in the second presentation cast list. That's a mistake. It's the name of actor Kate Corbett (15th in the cast list as "Eve") that should have been taken. Kate appears in part two only, while Jefferson appears only in part one. As it stands, Jefferson's name appears in both cast lists while Kate's appears in neither.
Eve says she will leave on the "orthoscopic light" which is the use of parallel beams of light passing through the atomic structure of a crystal. She may have meant "arthroscopic light" but an arthroscope is not a light, it is actually a tool used in minor surgery to repair a joint. Since medical jargon is not known well to a layman, either term is acceptable in this scene.
at approx 22:35 two water bottles are seen under the restaurant table that the main character is sitting at when the camera pans out. They were obviously suppose to be hidden when the cameras started to roll.
With Middleton busily transforming itself into the fantasy town of Tarynsville, Jessica and Sean behave as if they could drop the idea at any moment, without consideration for disappointed fans or reimbursing the town for its efforts.
Stephanie runs a catering business, yet disagrees with customers Jessica and Sean over a personal preference against combining orange frosting over cherry cupcakes, risking losing their business. At the same moment, Jessica asks Stephanie to color coordinate the cupcakes with Abigail's flowers; this time, Stephanie, who's been warring with Abigsail, keeps her personal preferences to herself and agrees, behaving professionally.
Eve says "orthoscopic light" (which doesn't mean anything) rather than "arthroscopic light" (which does).
Jessica's inclination to abandon Middleton for not being the perfect interpretation of the fantasy town from her book is the behavior of an arrogant diva, which completely goes against the romantic "kind soul" image she projects at all times.
