Episodes are really quick paced and do not contain a big story arc. I would say it is good for a younger audience with a shorter attention span. Character arcs also aren't that deep.

Your Generic Superhero Show

Has very clichéd writing and poor animation. The continuity is also inconsistent and the characters don't have personalities.
I will say that some of the action is fun and some of the ghosts look cool, but that is not saying much.

Painfully Obvious copycat

After watching a few epsiodes of the show, I can say without a shadow of a doubt it is a miracoulous ladybug copycat. It is so painfully obvious that they kept the same formula creating this show. The formula includes a fast paced show with no real plot and characters that are slightly different from the main cast. Just like the first season of the miraculous ladybug, the writing is extremely cliche and the audience is required to have an attention span shorter than a fly. Even the First few episodes are similar in terms of pacing and superheros. This is basically The Miraculous Ladybug without the romance, ladybugs, and black cats.

Kid version of Extreme Ghostbusters

IMO this cartoon is good. Not great but good. Liv and Andy are brother and sister. Mike is there friend. Also there is Miss Jones. Kids bust the ghosts with a few slight differences.
Now why I compare it to the Extreme Ghostbusters.
First Miss Jones: She is the female version of Egon. Inventor, Creating the ghost uniforms the kids use, updating their gear, telling them about the ghosts they are fighting. And storing the ghosts they capture. She is their mentor, and friend. And she is the one who stores the ghosts after they are caught in a containment unit.
Second the Kids: While the EGB were college kids, The Ghostforce are highschoolers. You can see some similarities. Andy being smart like Eduardo, Liv being like Kylie, who is interested in the supernatural, and Mike who is like Roland, both into technology.
Third: It's setting in New York.
Fourth: The Boo Caps are Ghost Traps. Granted the the Boo Caps have these characters which remind me of Pokemon. Which help trap the ghosts.
Fifth: These Kids are fighting ghosts and capturing them. That's it.
Six: There are four members.
Now why I say it's a bit different.
First: The kids do not use proton packs. They use the weapons they have with their ghost suits.
Second: After the ghost has been defeated the city becomes normal and no damage. Where as in EGB. If something is destroyed it stays destroyed.
Third: The Fourth member is a robot on the Ghostforce team.
