The Hunter is the first film of a young director, that shows talent, Matthew Perez manages to hook the audience with this mystery thriller the thriller can just be 10 minutes long but those 10 minutes pass very slowly as the ambiance of the short gets you, the short grips you with incredible directing and very unique cinematography and even the gripping mystery score implemented into the short that gives the whole short a new meaning and new ideas, the only reason i don't give the short a straight out 10 is because of well the most annoying thing in the short, the childish acting, but even with that this short turns out to be a very solid one, that i personally liked a lot, and cant wait to see what the future has for director Matthew Perez
