- Lots of crude sexual references. A woman works in a brothel so sex is really talked about
- S2 has a side story regarding freeing women from non-consensual sex work, instances of rape and abuse are shown prior to liberating the women and could be triggering or disturbing to some viewers.

- Strong violence throughout. We can see some brutal martial arts resulting in bloody and gory results. Some blood splatters is often seen
- A man had his arm being cut, some blood is spraying out
- A corpse is seen with his intestines out. Pretty graphic even if it is seen from far away
- There is a bunch of stabbings but not gory just quite violent
- In S2 there is a flashback to the war where a man has his leg amputated. You see maggots on the festering wound and his leg is sawed off with plenty of blood and bone scraping sounds. May be hard to watch for squeamish viewers.
- In S2 there is a lynching that can be very disturbing to some viewers.
