Documentary film about women in graffiti from a female writer's perspective.

One of a kind documentary film.

Perfectly shows commonly overlooked gender aspect of subcultures, giving a voice to women in graffiti, showing their work (yes, it actually exists), and changing the view of women in graffiti in a way that no one can say again that women can't/don't do it.

Girl Power will take you all over the world, while showing extreme hard work authors did for the movie. Exploring conditions women writers experience (in every country no matter where it is) documents very well what it is really like to paint illegally as a woman in a male dominated field.

Awesome work and one of the most important sources about graffiti and subcultures in general. I would say everyone interested in graffiti - get Wild Style, Style Wars and Girl Power.
