- The main character can be seen showering in the beginning. Brief and unclear side view of her breast can be seen.
- A dead female body is fully naked throughout the movie but her hands cover her breasts. Her pubic region is also covered with her crossed legs. However, in one of the scenes, her exposed breasts can be seen when she is attacking someone.
- The possessed corpse of a young woman is seen naked throughout the movie. However, her breasts and butt are seen only momentarily.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Hannah Grace is quite a terrifying presence; she crawls and contorts and scales walls. Her movements are spider-like and frightening.
- There is a exorcism sequence where a young woman is contorted and you hear her bones cracking from being possessed by the demon. Later, a woman is shown levitating while her bones everywhere break from Hannah Grace's force and she dies. Hannah Grace also cripples around the morgue and there's a number of effective scares.
- The film has a rather large body count for this sub genre; those bothered by disturbing deaths may be unsettled.
