Camille contracts smallpox .The doctors says it's important that she be put in quarantine .But her good nanny,Elisa, wants to stay at her bedside and to nurse her.She becomes ill too.Fortunately,both of them are cured soon.After a ride on a donkey ,the four girls decide to thank Elisa by putting on a play .Besides , cousins Jean and Leon arrive in the castle to spend their holidays with them.Everybody attends the show dedicated to Elisa :the amateur actresses go off to great applause.
