Style King is one of underrated films of Ganesh who excels as a grey shaded character and a mass character. The story revolves around two lookalikes who cross paths with each other. Remya Nambeesan, Girish Shivanna and other actors also did well in their roles. Rangayana Raghu, Padmaja Rao and Sadhu Kokila excels in their comedy timing. Sai Dheena is menacing as the antagonist.
The action sequences were entertaining with Arjun Janya's background score, but the makers added unnecessary masala elements which distracts the story. Director P. C. Shekar should has done a fair job but could have made a genre film as it is a black comedy action film which would have been entertaining.
