- Characters wear tropical clothing at times. A teenage boy is shown shirtless, and a teenage girl wears an outfit that shows her bare stomach in a few scenes.
- There is a brief passionate kissing scene between two teens, but it is much more disturbing than sexual.

- A character finds several skulls and bones scattered across an island. Some of them still have decaying flesh on them.

- The atmosphere is very intense and edgy throughout the film. Many scenes take place in the dark, and there are a lot of jump scares.
- A woman walks through the jungle alone at night and suddenly sees two bright blue eyes watching her from the bushes.
- A character suddenly decapitates a snake. This is very sudden and unexpected.
- The ending is very intense, with lots of fighting in the dark and grotesque imagery.

- A demonic-looking creature attacks and drags characters away throughout the film. The attacks often consist of the creature's claws tearing bloody wounds into people.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The final act of the film involves a disfigured-looking demon. This is very frightening. The story of its origin shows a little girl being possessed and turning into this demon, and she violently attacks and kills many people.
- A crying little girl suddenly transforms into a demon and lunges at a character. This is a big jump scare.
