Best episode of this season yet

Warning: Spoilers
--SPOILER WARNING-- The Vampire Diaries 8x10 (Nostalgia's a b*tch) is just an awesome episode. A bit different from the last ones. In this episode, I really felt that nostalgia! Omg! The beginning was so great, Damon just sitting there, and suffering. Than Caroline and Bonnie travelled to(/in?) his subconscious , and that's when the nostalgia started. Viki just showed up, and that music played, which was playing in season 1, when she had a "compelled party" with Damon (Anberlin - Enjoy the Silence). That was so beautiful, Loved it so much! I've got excited when Caroline's mom showed up, but she turned these nostalgic moments into sh*t. Still love her. Then Grams came, oh, such a nice actress, woman! I miss these characters so much! The graveyard scene was pretty epically shot, I liked it. Damon turned normal again, yay, let's celebrate! We just need Stefan back. Oh, and that last bell ring DID count Damon! Pure logic. Oh, how I hate Matt, and his father! Die Donovan, die! Just turn him into a vampire already, he has been the worst character from the beginning! Always cringey, hysterical, dumb, stuck-up, always the different one! And he survived 7 and a half seasons without being anything supernatural ever. Just become a vampire , that will make you cooler. But just a little. The ending was nice, even if everyone thought Kade is coming. Hope the sirens are gone. Although I liked Seline at the beginning, and like Sybil apparently, I will not miss them. Even if I enjoyed 8x2 a bit more, this was the best episode of season 8 so far.

Damon and Bonnie is the highlight

Warning: Spoilers
Bonnie calls Caroline. Caroline is in bed and Bonnie is out for a run. She asks Caroline if she wants breakfast but Caroline isn't feeling up for it because her fiance did some terrible things. Bonnie gets to the Salvatore residence and inside sits Damon. Bonnie and Caroline can't get Damon to rouse from his dreamlike state. Caroline looks into his mind and it is him burning in hell. Sybil is asked to check and she sees the same thing. Sybil uses her powers to let the girls enter his mind through the back door into his subconscious. In this alternate world Damon never became a vampire. He died as a human in the 1800s. Stefan is called to talk to Damon and Damon tells him that he forgives Stefan. This causes Damon to have his emotions turned on. Damon goes up to Bonnie as she sits at the window reflecting. He recites his letter she never read before he left.
