Enzo and Bonnie are in their underwear in bed. They get up to put on their clothes. Bonnie puts a top over her black bra as she is turned away from Enzo. Enzo gets up to put pants on. He receives a call from Damon and picks it up - a piercing sound comes through and he is affected by the noise. Stefan goes into Enzo's mind to try to help. Enzo is being tortured by Sybil as she acts as his torturer, cutting him open and taking out parts. Caroline and Alaric can't find the kids and inform the police of their absence with the nanny. Seline has taken the kids to a diner for sundaes. Damon and Sybil walk in and sit with them. Am amber alert comes on for the kids and diners recognize them. Seline plans on offering the kids to replace them as sirens. They call for Cade in the swimming pool. Stefan offers himself in place of the kids.
