I disagree with the previous reviewer - I thought this was a fun episode, with some nice jokes along the way.

Whether you find the Jess character likeable or annoying will pretty much determine your enjoyment of the whole series, and this episode will do nothing to alter that, but on the whole this was nice.

Painfully Bad

I used to like this show. I used to like it a lot. This was back when the show was about YOUNG people who were quirky and cute.

By the sixth season, the actors are still stuck playing basically the same roles they played six years ago. When you are almost forty and playing a young twenty something it is just laughable - and not in the good way. For a twenty something to be quirky is cute and charming. For a forty something to do this it is just kind of creepy ... very very creepy. Sort of like your Dad trying to be "cool" at a teenagers's party...

Aging is a part of life - except on this sitcom. People grow and develop and mature - except on this sitcom. This is not the fault of the Actors, this is the fault of the writers who will not permit the Characters to progress.

I think this show needs to grow up - or be put out of its misery.
