- There is a scene where the three brothers become enchanted by seducing nymphs. They are fairly appropriate and nothing happens.
Violence & Gore
- There is a scene where the lads run into golden apples and some ladies in white dresses. They, of course, are not lovely ladies, but wood sprites. The beautiful fruit and roasts they serve turn out to be bugs, snails and rodents. This imagery sticks in kids minds for several weeks.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The beautiful girls that lures the guys with food and turns out to be nasty huldra-like creatures and all the nasty, rotten food and insects can be quite scary to little kids.. also the troll..
