An emotional suspense thriller inspired by true stories of juvenile delinquents in the India. Four teenage friends are provoked to plan and execute the murder of a cop.

About the millions of juvenile delinquents living in the slums of India; the environment which fosters their behavior; and how society -- the public, the judiciary, the media, the police -- reacts. Under strange circumstances, four teenage friends are provoked to plan the murder of a senior police inspector. The youths are arrested and tried, which creates a media sensation. Non-governmental organizations try to reform the four juveniles while the public and police want them killed. The society pushes them to the wall and they struggle to reform in the face of these adversities.

'Care of Footpath 2', is a story of 4 teenagers who are provoked to kill a cop when their plan goes awry. The juveniles are arrested and tried in the court of law. This becomes shocking national news. The public wants them to be hanged. NGO's want them to be given a chance to get reformed. The Government takes up amendment to try them like adults. The police believe "once a criminal is always a criminal". Will they reform in the face of these adversities or will this mistake be held against them for the rest of their lives?—Shrinivas G.
